Homebase
Privacy policy

Your Google connection.

Homebase, also called Jared Dashboard, is a privately operated household dashboard maintained by Jared Cohen. This policy covers its Google Calendar and Gmail integrations and this public information site. It is not operated by Google. Other optional integrations have their own notices.

Information accessed

Purpose and limits

Google information is used to display household calendars, prepare travel imports for your review, and support the configured JetBlue sign-in. Access is read-only; these integrations do not send, alter or delete Gmail messages or Google Calendar events.

Homebase does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. These Google integrations do not send Gmail content, calendar events or Google authorization tokens to AI services, and do not use them to train general-purpose AI models.

Homebase’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Storage, access and sharing

Selected calendar information, approved travel records and limited import provenance are stored on the private Homebase server. Travel provenance includes message/thread identifiers, sender, timestamp and parser results. Full Gmail message bodies are processed temporarily for extraction and are not stored as a mailbox archive. JetBlue verification codes are used for that sign-in.

Google tokens are kept server-side in restricted storage and are not returned to the browser. Access to the dashboard is restricted to the configured household accounts. Authorized household members and the operator may see information displayed in the shared dashboard; it is not a separate private mailbox for each person.

The integrations communicate with Google to authorize access and retrieve information, and with JetBlue for its configured sign-in. Cloudflare provides the dashboard’s protected web access and may process request metadata and traffic as part of that service. Information is not otherwise shared for advertising, sale or unrelated profiling.

Retention and your controls

Calendar information is cached for display and synchronization. Approved travel records remain until you or the operator remove them. If synchronization fails, previously cached records may remain visible. There is no promise that disconnecting deletes previously imported travel records or separately managed backups.

You can disconnect Google in Homebase Settings and revoke the grant in your Google Account connections. Revocation prevents further Google API access using that authorization. Contact the operator to request removal of stored Google-derived information and review of any retained backups.
